Patch

Picture
Patch was a private surrender to QLD Guinea Pig Refuge in early September 2018. Patch was surrendered with his female cage mate, Muffin, who is pregnant so the pair were immediately split.

Patch was surrendered due to having mange that has lead to several deep, self-inflicted sores on his skin. These sores have been caused due to the extreme itching that mange causes in guinea pigs leading to further itching sensations and pain. Patch has seen the vet and is currently on pain killers and antibiotics to help him heal up.

If you could help us provide a for Patch while he's recovering and receiving vet treatment  for the small sponsorship fee of $10.00 a week, we know he'd truly appreciate it!

If you're not in a position to sponsor Patch, you are able to make a one-off donation to cover the ongoing costs of his care. If you would like to help Patch this way, you can donate via PayPal at qldguineapigrefuge@live.com, or direct deposit to bank account Qld Guinea Pig Refuge Inc; BSB 124-006; Account 2207 4473. Send us an email via our Contact Us page so we can issue you with a receipt.

All sponsorship and one-off donations over $2 are completely tax deductible.
